Security checks are also made on all transactions, to ensure the authenticity of each payment.

To place an order using a Mentalistry Gift Card:

• First, add the items which you wish to purchase to your basket and click checkout.
• Fill in your contact and shipping information as usual, then continue to payment.
• Select 'Gift Card' as your payment method and enter your Gift Card's unique code in the appropriate field.
• If the balance available on the Gift Card is greater than or equal to the order total, click 'Pay now' to complete your order.
• If the balance available on the Gift Card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the remaining balance before placing the order.

To place an order using a discount code/coupon:

• First, add the items which you wish to purchase to your basket and click checkout.
• Enter your code in the box labelled 'Discount code', below your order summary, and click 'Apply'.
• The discount should now be applied to your order. Continue to payment to complete your order.
