To ensure you qualify for a return, please first read our returns policy.

Before returning an order, you must contact us using our email form, stating that you are requesting a refund and including your order number.

Any orders sent to our return address without prior approval will NOT be refunded.

We usually aim to process returns within 3-5 working days of receiving them.

We do not send a notification once a parcel has arrived back to us, but once your return has been processed you will receive an email to confirm this.

If you are not fully happy with the order you have received, then you have 14 days from receiving this to return it back to us for a full refund.

Your return parcel does not need to arrive back with us in that time, it simply needs to be posted back to us. Please note, before posting any goods back to us, you must first request a refund via our email contact form and wait for the return to be approved.

The goods must be in original resalable condition to be accepted. For more information please refer to our returns policy.

For any refunds, we advise you allow up to 3-5 working days for funds to appear in your account.

If you paid for your full order using a Mentalistry gift card, then the full amount will be added back onto the gift card. As soon as the refund has been processed, you will be able to use the same gift card to place your next order.

If you paid with a combination of a Mentalistry gift card and card/PayPal, we will refund your card/PayPal first and any remaining funds will be added back onto your gift card.

Your right to return remains the same regardless of which payment method you use.
